Headrest’s Mind, Body, and Soul (MBS) Recovery House located at 14 Church Street in Lebanon, N.H. is designed to assist individuals reach their fullest potential in their recovery journey by providing recovery housing. Our vision is to provide each person with a safe and substance free living environment to grow and develop a self-sufficient lifestyle in the community.

It is a supervised 12-bed house where both residents and Headrest staff have input into how the house operates. The physical layout offers a shared kitchen, a living area, a laundry room, and outdoor living space to meet individuals’ needs.
