Recovery Friendly Workplace EAR (Employee Assistance Resource) Program

Are you, or someone you love, struggling with substance use issues?
You don’t have to go through this alone.

To provide resources for you and others who may need help dealing with substance use issues, your employer is participating in Headrest’s Recovery Friendly Workplace EAR (Employee Assistance Resource) Program. This program provides employees and their families with free and confidential access to a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC).

These Counselors have advanced training on how to help people navigate substance use concerns. Studies show that easy access to support resources makes a tremendous difference in helping someone enter or maintain recovery. This support can also be incredibly helpful for someone who might be trying to navigate this landscape with a loved one.  The support you receive will be compassionate, clinically informed, and tailored to best meet your needs. What you share remains confidential between you and the LADC. The LADC will also help you determine a plan for continued success, including referring to additional resources as needed.

Employees or their loved ones who are concerned about their or another person’s substance use can set up an appointment to meet with the LADC confidentially to perform an assessment and referral to appropriate services, which may include counseling. This program is available to workplaces at no charge during the pilot period, which will be through June 30th, 2021.

Employees or their loved ones who have substance use concerns  – their own, or on behalf of another – can easily set up an appointment to meet with a counselor by filling out the form below, or contact:
