Recovery Friendly Workplace EAR (Employee Assistance Resource) Program
Some of your employees are silently struggling.
Supporting their success may be as simple as lending an EAR.
Headrest’s Recovery Friendly Workplace EAR (Employee Assistance Resource) Program provides your employees and their loved ones with regular access to a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), either onsite at the workplace or remotely. LADCs provide counseling services to those directly or indirectly impacted by substance use disorder (SUD) to help them navigate a path to greater well-being and success. Studies show that easy access to support resources makes a tremendous difference in helping people enter recovery, sustain recovery, or cope with stresses associated with a loved one’s substance use. Employees or their loved ones who are concerned about their or another person’s substance use can set up an appointment to meet with the LADC confidentially. This program is available to workplaces at no charge during the pilot period, which will be through June 30th, 2021.

EAR Program elements include:
ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT BY A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL Our Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors are clinically trained to provide support to those who have been impacted by their or another person’s substance use. They have great understanding of the complexities of substance use disorder and know how to provide compassionate, clinically informed support.
A CONFIDENTIAL & CUSTOMIZED PROCESS Everything participants share during these sessions is confidential, helping reduce barriers to accessing support. Sessions are tailored to best meet each person’s needs, with a focus on establishing goals and providing experienced support in achieving those goals.
PLANNING FOR CONTINUED SUCCESS Our counselors help employees or their loved ones build a long-term plan for continued success. This may include providing access to further resources, making referrals for additional outside counseling, or other expert guidance LADCs have to offer.
